Based in Mallorca and working closely with the historic finca Son Boronat, the project focuses on curating intimate weddings, soulful retreats, and refined celebrations shaped by nature, authenticity, and a slower, more intentional way of living.
Drawing on a background in luxury hospitality and years of experience working with international clients, Soul of Mallorca offers a thoughtful and highly personalised approach, combining careful planning, aesthetic sensitivity, and calm professional guidance. Karina’s path began in luxury hospitality, working in Michelin-starred environments before moving into the world of private yachts and high-end concierge services. These experiences shaped her approach to hosting — combining precision, discretion, and thoughtful attention to detail with a calm, human-centered presence.Living and working in Mallorca allowed her to build a trusted local network and a deep understanding of the island’s culture, artisans, and hidden beauty.
